The tradition of St. Patty's Day t-shirts continues...

This year will be the same as marketers all over campus will be hawking their t-shirt wares door-to-door and on the Internet to feed the Green Beer Day t-shirt hungry. Much like Mardi Gras beads, unique GBD t-shirts are a sought-after commodity. Anything is fair game for a t-shirt. South Park, Austin Powers, Sesame Street, the X-Files, the Simpsons, even the Miami University RedHawk mascot has been targeted on a Green Beer Day t-shirt. Past favorites include, "Don't tickle me, Elmo," "Do I make you thirsty, Baby?" the Taco Bell dog's "Yo quiero Green Beer," the clichéd and often duplicated "J. Brew" and of course "Oh my God, Green Beer killed Kenny! Those bastards!" This year's shirts are likely to include many new and humorous designs. Make sure you get your shirt well in advance or you can pick one up on Green Beer Day morning at 45East Bar and Grill.
